Sonam Kapoor is an Indian film actress and fashion icon who mainly works in Bollywood films. She hails from Chembur Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. 9 June 1985 is Sonam Kapoor's date of birth. In 2007 Kapoor has made her acting debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film "Saawariya" opposite to Ranbir Kapoor. Sonam has also studied Political Science and Economics from the University of East London. She speaks multi languages such as Hindi, English, Punjabi and Marathi and also a well trained classical dancer. She is also the brand ambassador for cosmetics and beauty products company L'Oréal. Sonam Kapoor's upcoming films are Players, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Raanjhnaa and Milan Talkies.
